Interns also participate in the weekly Beneficial Banking Curriculum & Speaker Series, which includes workshops led by experts in community banking, investing, and responsible finance and site visits for interns to see the work in action. Application & Process
Each year, we conduct a nationwide search for the best and brightest to join the Beneficial State family for our signature summer internship program to work on important projects at Beneficial State and Albina Community Bank. In 2015, we received a record number of applications, and the acceptance rate for the program was less than 10%. While we primarily target students pursuing an MBA or a related graduate degree, exceptional undergraduates and individuals from other academic disciplines are encouraged to apply. After a very thoughtful recruitment process, we have filled all open internship positions for 2015. Please check this page for new internship opportunities starting next January or February.
